Established in Sacramento, California, 5 years ago, “REBEL STARS” was founded by a circle of friends and family growing up with music, and addicted to urban fashion trend.
Even though pretty much obscure and only lasted for less than a year standing proud among other independent clothing line companies on the West coast of U.S., REBEL STARS somehow managed to survive with its small online-store, and strive to relocate its production process, along with its headquarters to Indonesia in 2004, and started opening its 1st Showroom & Vendor in 2006.

Company background:
Former & still active musicians, music lovers, and natural born rebels. All those qualities mixed up.

Who?:
Founder and visionary Kiki Marino, along with the late Brandy Sherwood, and some of his relatives who lived in Sacramento set up a small independent clothing line company simply just because they didn’t like what everybody else were wearing, or making.
With their musicians background and those attitude bore in mind, they decided to name the line: REBEL STARS. In 2004 the company was 're-established' in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. With a little help from Kate O' Shaughnessy, an appointed international-marketing-representative at the time, REBEL STARS started to gain people's attention.
Now, a lot more musicians are involved in the family; Eross Candra-Sheila on 7 (co-owner), Ipul-The Rain (co-owner), Fahmi B-Clancy (Showroom-co-owner), and M. Himawan (Showroom-co-owner).
The last mentioned is an owner a music-studio, so he’s still considered in the circle of musicians.
And we have Adrian, Anice, Angela, Siska, Agas & Ira, --our-employed-staff --, who complete this small circle.
